 IT'S ALMOST HERE! The 2016 Festival of the Arts will take place April 19-24 in the Bicentennial Park in downtown Oklahoma City, in front of the Civic Center Music Hall. The festival runs 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.
